Position Summary
The High School Volunteer (HSV) position is a unique opportunity for high school students to develop professional skills and experience by working directly in a program for middle school youth under the supervision of educational leaders. HSVs receive training and support from the site’s Campus Coordinator and Site Directors. Volunteers support general office duties and supervision as well as assist in afternoon activities.
The Aim High summer program is six weeks for staff: one week of faculty training and five weeks supporting middle school students. All Aim High summer staff also have the opportunity to participate in online training before the start of the summer program.
